Bathroom renovations, custom tile, and basement finishing in Richmond Hill.
Richmond Hill homes tend toward the larger end, with primary ensuites and lower levels that are prime candidates for renovation. Much of our work here is ensuite rebuilds — replacing dated or poorly built showers with properly waterproofed, well-laid-out ones.
The most common request is a curbless or low-threshold walk-in shower with frameless glass. It's a clean look, and it's also more technically demanding than it appears: slope, drainage, and waterproofing all have to be right or the design fails in practice.
A curbless shower removes the curb that would otherwise contain water, so the waterproofing and slope planning have to do that job instead. It's very achievable, and it's not something to hand to whoever quotes cheapest. Getting the floor build-up and drainage planned before demolition is what makes the finished result work.

Most can, but it depends on floor structure and drainage. It requires recessing the shower floor, which is straightforward in some homes and involved in others. We assess before promising it.
